Hairline
The Hairline process has involved with different thickness of scouring pad wheel to mill an aluminum product by placing an aluminum product into a particular position onto the designed mold and enforce with a specific amount of pressure. In result, the surface of an aluminum product will be either rough grind or fine grind, in order to reach the effect called hairline.
Furthermore, Hairline uses an abrasive material to move on the surface, and use different force points to form an aluminum product in different silk direction and texture.
