Hard Anodizing

The workpiece will be placed in a low-temperature electrolyte by using electrolytical oxidized to form a coating layer containing with a metal component on the surface (the film thickness is above 30µm).

The characteristics of hard anodize are extreme hardness, heat resistance, wear resistance, dielectric resistance, and corrosion resistance to protect aluminum layers.

Furthermore, hard anodize means the surface has the ability to wear resistance from other mechanical properties, as the size of the capillary pore is extremely small.

Hard anodizing has been widely used in various industrial industry and military applications.
