Anodizing

The concept of Anodize is based on applying with electrochemical principles, which aluminum materials are implemented into the process of Anodize.

The electrolytic oxidation process is to increase the film thickness of Al2O3 layer, which will be in a range of 3-15µm.

Furthermore, general aluminum alloy is easy to oxidize, as the purpose of the anode treatment is to prevent further oxidation of an aluminum material and maintain an aesthetic appearance with corrosion resistant function.

General anodize is unique through forming an aesthetic appearance on the surface of an aluminum alloy with corrosion resistant function.

We based on customer’s preferences in choosing either glossy or matte surface because the coating has structural porosity, with excellent permeability.

Indeed, whether the dyeware is organic or inorganic, it all allow the color to penetrate the pore structure, in order to use different colors or patterns on the finished product.
